There’s something so energizing about stepping into a new chapter—and I’m thrilled to share that I’m now officially listed with the Kansas City Regional Arts Council! After getting settled in the Northland and organizing my studio, this feels like the perfect time to dive back into the creative community here.
Becoming part of ArtsKC is more than just a milestone—it’s a way to connect with other local artists, reach new audiences, and grow in my art journey. It’s exciting (and a little surreal!) to see my work on their platform alongside so many talented makers and creatives. If you’d like to check out my new profile, you can view it here.
This move has been a reset in so many ways, and I’m eager to reestablish my presence in the art scene. I’ve already completed some beautiful commissions—including a four-seasons lake scene—and I’m looking forward to adding more to the calendar soon. I’m also hoping to start painting business windows around the Kansas City area, just in time for summer and fall storefronts.
Being part of a creative community is such an important part of the work I do. It pushes me forward, keeps me inspired, and reminds me why I fell in love with painting in the first place. I’m so grateful for the warm welcome here in KC, and I can’t wait to keep creating in this vibrant new home base.
If you’re a local business, art lover, or fellow creative—let’s connect! I’d love to hear from you.
